Aria on the Bay Bags $95M Construction Loan

Melo Group obtained a $95M construction loan from Ocean Bank for Aria on the Bay, a condo tower in Miami’s Arts & Entertainment District. Site development work recently started on the 647-unit project at 1770 N Bayshore Dr, and vertical construction should begin next month. Ocean Bank was repped by Holland & Knight attorneys Joe Dewey, Elena Otero and Brent Holland. The 53-story tower will be complete in 2017. [SFBJ]
