Would you like a soy milk latte while you wait to get your car out of impoundment? Tremont Towing is aiming for a new mixed-use HQ facility in Sunset Harbour that would include towed car storage, offices and retail at street level, reports The Next Miami. The towing company—featured in the reality truTV show "South Beach Tow" that aired through 2014—will develop the four-story structure at 1747 Bay Rd. But first it has to face real reality by getting approval from the Miami Beach Design Review Board in July. [Next Miami]
