Snapped at the most recent Art of Wine & Food Series at the Museum of Art Fort Lauderdale: Paramount Fort Lauderdale Beach sales director James Schumaker and ID & Design International prez Sherif Ayad. Paramount Fort Lauderdale hosted the event, which featured an exploration of wines from the Loire Valley by certified sommelier and wine educator Stephanie Miskew. James tells us that a sales office is opening shortly for the 95-unit Paramount condo high-rise, which will break ground in the fall.
