Overbuilding Not in the Cards for Seattle

The speakers at our Future of Downtown & Sodo event this morning at the Seattle Marriott Waterfront said the city's expected to gain 160,000 residents by 2035, so hopefully the 65 cranes now poised for work reflect no danger of oversupply.
