The Parking Garage At 147 Minna St. In San Francisco
San Francisco Museum of Modern Art has acquired an eight-story parking garage in San Francisco. The brokers used Ten-X to conduct the sale of 147 Minna, a 412-stall parking garage in the South Financial District. San Francisco MOMA is adjacent to the parking garage. An affiliate of Stockbridge Capital sold the property.
The parking garage was sold using a Ten-X Commercial product that mirrors a traditional commercial real estate transaction while using technology to standardize and streamline the process online.
Two other parking garages were sold this year in San Francisco, including a parking garage at Fisherman's Wharf and a garage in Mid-Market.
