Plans for a 200-foot-tall hotel and condo at 447 Battery St. await approval from San Francisco’s Planning Department. Heller Manus Architects designed the building for Montgomery Realty Group, reports SocketSite. The project will include razing an existing 25k, three-story building occupied by CORT Furniture.
The 19-story tower will include 182 hotel rooms and eight condos spread across the top five floors. A 4,300 SF penthouse and two private terraces will span across the top two floors.
The project includes a 4,657 SF restaurant and below-grade parking with 24 valet parking spots. [SS]
