Tricon Snaps Up Senior RV, Mobile Home Parks

Phoenix-based Tricon Lifestyles Communities bought three East Valley RV and mobile home parks for $25M from Saguaro Properties. The assets include the Aztec RV Resort in Mesa, and the Desert Holiday and Twin Palms mobile home parks in Apache Junction, the Phoenix Business Journal reports.

All of the properties are for residents 55 and older, and they total 621 spaces. Pacific Land Co's Howard Weinstein, Derek Harris and Commor Peagler brokered the sale. [PBJ]
