Glendale Getting an Infusion of Senior Housing

Locally based Telis Commercial Real Estate and Heritage Communities, based in Omaha, are planning to develop a $20M senior housing property in Glendale, Orchard Pointe at Arrowhead. The development will include 100 units and be built on 67th Avenue just north of Bell Road. Glendale Heritage LLC acquired the site from LC Coffee of Lincoln, NE, the Phoenix Business Journal reports. Colliers International's Greg Hopley repped the seller; Telis president Mark Huey repped the buyer. [PBJ]
