Wood Partners Starts 10th Phoenix Property

Wood Partners broke ground on the 230-unit Alta Fillmore, its latest venture in Phoenix, which is on about four acres on Fillmore Street Downtown. Besides the fact that apartments are in high demand, Wood Partners development director for Arizona and Nevada Todd Taylor stresses other aspects of the property that will attract tenants, such as its walkability and bike-ability to Downtown's amenities, and nearby employment opportunities.

The property will consist of two four-story buildings offering one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging from 671 SF to 1,525 SF. The company expects to complete the project by Q1 2017. This project is Wood Partners’ 10th multifamily development in metro Phoenix, where the multifamily specialist has added more than 2,900 units to the housing stock.
