LA Investors Profits on Scottsdale Apartments

LA-based FSC Realty sold the Morningside Apartment Homes complex in north Scottsdale to Wood River Properties for $28M. The investor bought the 160-unit propery in 2013 for $21.6M and did $600k worth of improvements during its hold, the Phoenix Business Journal reports. FSC was then clearly able to take advantage of Phoenix's roaring multifamily market. ABI Multifamily's Alon Shnitzer, John Kobierowski, Rue Bax, Doug Lazovick and Eddie Chang brokered the deal.
