JPI's Luxury Apartments Will Cater To Tech And Manufacturing Industries

JPI has secured construction financing for its latest luxury rental development, Jefferson Chandler. The $57M project will have 283 units outfitted with resort-style amenities. Situated in Chandler’s Price Corridor, the complex will attract those working in the local community of high-tech centers and manufacturing facilities, namely Intel, General Motors and Bank of America.

Jefferson Chandler’s amenities will include a dog park and dog wash, a putting green and a resort-style pool. Chandler was recently ranked as one of the best places to live by Money Magazine and as one of the best communities for young people by America’s Alliance. The project should break ground this summer and be ready for occupancy in July 2017.

“At JPI we believe it is our purpose to build enduring communities that are uniquely positioned for excellence,” said JPI’s Western Region managing development partner Todd Bowden. “The Jefferson Chandler development further illustrates that belief by highlighting our confidence in the Price Corridor and the future of this community.”
