Chilean Developer Plans Phoenix Condos

Sencorp, a Chilean developer, is planning new condos in Downtown Phoenix's Roosevelt Row. The 49-unit condo project will be called En Hance Park, and it represents the company's first project in the US. Pricing will start at $150k, with units ranging between 400 SF and 1,100 SF, reports the Phoenix Business Journal. Some of the units will be designed for live/work. [PBJ]
