| Late last month, a team from the Philly and DC offices of structural engineering firm Keast & Hood Co (Tom Normile, Chris Johnson, Craig Swift, Laura Burke, Principal Mat Daw, Michael Zajac, Leslie Morris, and Alexandra Hallheimer) spent time at the Chesapeake Bay Thomas Point Shoal Lighthouse to volunteer for its annual preservation effort. The group scraped, painted, cleaned, and repaired the lighthouse for the US Lighthouse Society and the Thomas Point Shoal Lighthouse Foundation. Also, probably had a great lobster dinner. |
