Stone Manor Corporate Center In Warrington Sells For $19.7M

Stone Manor Corporate Center, an office park in suburban Bucks County, has been sold by Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors for $19.7M.

JLL brokered the sale to Pembroke Hobson for the 121k SF complex, which is fully leased. The buildings occupy 2600 and 2700 Kelly Road in Warrington, three miles from Doylestown. The buildings are Class-A office, and they sold for $163 per SF.

The complex was initially built for $20M, and Bryn Mawr-based Pembroke Hobson added to its local portfolio after acquiring it from the Hartford-based Cornerstone.
