Brandywine Realty Trust is moving its headquarters to its most recent and recognizable development.

FMC Tower, developed by Brandywine and completed in late 2016, will be the new home of the real estate company, which will move into the 16th and 17th floors of the building. The firm's current headquarters in Main Line suburb Radnor will continue to house its suburban division, Philly Mag reports.

The move makes FMC Tower nearly 100% full, as Brandywine will join anchor tenants FMC, Nasdaq and other notable neighbors. Brandywine has a satellite office at its neighboring Cira Centre building, and  a third of the company's 400 employees will be based in University City with the move.

In addition to the two Cira Centre buildings (FMC Tower also being labeled as Cira Centre South), Brandywine Realty Trust will be co-developing the massive Schuylkill Yards project just a couple of blocks away. The multiphase development will take possibly decades to complete, and Brandywine employees now will be able to look out over its progress.
