According to one measure, the presence of Citizens Bank Park has proved a boon to residential property owners in the immediate area.

In the Philadelphia metro area, median home value sits at $138,670, but in the mile surrounding Citizens Bank Park (and, by extension, Lincoln Financial Field and the Wells Fargo Center), median home value is 27% higher at $176,572, according to Trulia.

That 27% difference puts Citizens Bank Park in the top 10 among US baseball stadiums for increase in surrounding property value, one spot above 102-year-old Wrigley Field in Chicago. [Trulia]
