Benjamin tells us that his recent purchase of Drew Court (a two warehouse/flex office complex, 147k SF property in King of Prussia that is fully leased to such tenants as Pinnacle Textile and Shingle Belting) was something he's had his eye on for awhile. “This is an asset we attempted to buy several years back,” he says. “Drew Court is a high-quality property with a multi-tenanted balance lease rollover in a premier location.” Endurance purchased the complex for $9.2M, or nearly $63/SF, from Ajax Drew Court Investors.
