Destination Maternity's Big Moorestown Deal

Keystone Property Group just announced that Destination Maternity will occupy 74k SF at its Moorestown Corporate Center, a three-building complex in South Jersey. Destination Maternity is apparel retailer for expecting moms (though it may also be the name of the hotel behind a place that performs shotgun weddings). The deal brings the 223k SF property, which Keystone acquired in 2012, to 85% full. Jones Lang LaSalle's Brian Knowles and Rick Widerman repped the tenant, while Keystone's Richard Gottlieb and Scott Paymer repped the owner in-house.
