Target Gets Another NYC Location In Hell's Kitchen

Hell’s Kitchen continues to be red-hot, landing another impressive lease.

Target has signed a 29k SF lease at the base of XIN Development International’s new condo tower at 615 10th Ave. The space will, like its Tribeca location, have goods tailored to the neighborhood, the New York Post reports.

In addition to the typical fare of men and women’s accessories, beauty products and items for apartments, there’ll also be a grocery area with grab-and-go sandwiches and salads. Items can also be available for pickup through the store’s mobile app.

Ripco Real Estate’s Peter Ripka, Richard Skulnik and Jeffrey Howard repped Target, while RKF’s Brandon Eisenman and Thomas Cholnoky repped XIN, the US subsidiary of XINYUAN Real Estate.

The store is set to open in 2019. The chain is also opening locations in Brooklyn and in the East Village. [NYP]
