| Afterward we dropped by an open house at 515 Madison, which has space available for the first time in 11 years. Four tower floors have opened up, Newmark Knight Frank father-and-son team Eric and Jeff Gural tells us. The building just finished a full lobby restoration and expansion and newly renovated office space, including two pre-built floors. It's aiming for Silver LEED-EB, Eric adds, while the build-outs are going for Silver LEED-CI. |
| Does Studley's Craig Lemle (left) look like he just biked 25 miles? He did yesterday to train for a 200-mile ride from Westchester to Vermont coming the first weekend of June. He, Stephen Fishkin, and Winoker Realty's Bill Berkis were three of the 300 brokers on hand. Sure, the space was attractive, but so were the food and prizes like a $1k AmEx gift card. Eric joked that it was the first time his father didn't object to his having a party. (More photos) |
