GB Properties is planning a three-story, two-unit mixed-use building on a 1,040 SF vacant lot in northern Williamsburg. The 5,202 SF building at 291 N 8th St will feature 3,131 SF of retail space on the ground and cellar levels and two 1,040 SF full-floor residential units, just two blocks from the G train at Metropolitan Avenue. Robert Bahary's Bahary Architecture is slated to design.
