This Bel Air pad is on the market for a quarter of a billion dollars, making it the most expensive house for sale in the nation.

The 38k SF spec house has 12 bedrooms, 21 bathrooms, three gourmet kitchens, five bars and a 40-seat Dolby Theater over four levels, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

There are also an infinity pool and a huge garage already stocked with $30M in cars.
