At the iconic West Hollywood eatery Sunday evening, it seemed to us he knew everyone who walked through the door—including real estate legal eagle Ron Resch, with whom we coaxed him to mug for the camera. Besides repping tenants and landlords on luxury and fashion brands along Melrose and Rodeo Drive, he also does Westside like Abbot Kinney and Malibu—which will only get more of his attention now that he's picked up a weekend condo on Carbon Beach.
