H.d. Buttercup Furniture Store, La
This H.D. Buttercup store and five other buildings in the Arts District are under contract by Vancouver's Onni Group for $34M.
The company will own the full square block, a 64,774 SF property, at 2118-2140 East 7th Place, Curbed Los Angeles reports.
H.D. Buttercup leases four of the six buildings, which are all occupied and were owned by Boulevard Partners.
Onni is developing a 13-story residential building next to the block at 2143 Violet St.
It would have more than 500 live/work units.
