A large fire early Monday morning has destroyed a seven-story apartment complex being developed by Geoffrey Palmer, according to the LA Times. The 526-unit Da Vinci went up in flames around 1:30am, but Fire Department officials put it out within 90 minutes. The development was to span an entire city block and total 1.3M SF. The cause of the fire is still unknown.
