How Related's Cashing in on Downtown LA's Renaissance

Related California's 20-story residential tower on Bunker Hill has started off with a boom, hitting 85% leased just 10 months after opening. Related California EVP Gino Canori (with son William, skiing in Aspen) tells us a diverse group of renters have been attracted to the building, ranging from patrons of the arts to executives looking for a second residence close to work.

The Emerson has some top-notch amenities and services, including a private residence penthouse lounge and terrace, outdoor pool and 24-hour attended lobby with concierge. In addition, the building's on-site restaurant, Vespaio, from well-known restaurateur Agostino Sciandri, opened recently.
