It's reno time at the Park Wilshire apartments in Westlake.
The property, which dates back to the 1920s, was just bought by Sherman Oaks' MWest Holdings from a real estate investment firm in the Bay Area.
MWest Holdings will now spend more than $1M to overhaul the building, according to the LA Times.
Apartments in the 170-unit building will undergo renovation as tenants vacate them. [LAT]
