Vantage Apartments Trade For $98M

Chicago’s Equity Residential has purchased Vantage, a 298-unit apartment complex in Hollywood, for $98M (1710 N Fuller Ave) from Prometheus Real Estate Group.

The 164,056 SF property near Runyon Canyon Park has had interior renovations. Prometheus purchased the property in 2007 for $86M, according to The Real Deal.

Vantage was 95% leased at the time of the purchase.

Prometheus focuses on multifamily properties in San Francisco and the Pacific Northwest.
