Amcal has just begun work on The Clarendon, a multifamily project in Woodland Hills.

The five-story building will have 335 units, consisting of studios to three-bedroom apartments.

The 4.3-acre complex will set aside 26 of the units for Section 8 tenants, Curbed Los Angeles reports.

Architects Orange is the designer.

The development, at 22055 to 22121 Clarendon St., will include rooftop trellis solar panels to cut back on energy costs.

Amenities will include a swimming pool and spa, a barbecue area, an approximately 3,700 SF dog area, a gym and a business center.

The project is expected to be finished in August 2019.
