A seven-story, mixed-use project in Westlake is getting closer to the finish line.
Canfield Development's Seven West Apartments, at the intersection of 7th and Valencia streets, are being designed by Nadel Architects.
Lincoln Property will manage the apartments, Urbanize LA reports.
The apartments will consist of 87 studio, one- and two-bedroom units with hardwood floors above retail space on the ground level. There will also be a resident lounge, outdoor fire pit and courtyard deck.
Seven West Apartments are scheduled to open in the first quarter of next year. [ULA]
