Rendering Reveal: 525 S Spring Tower

DTLA developer Joseph Hellen has released his new design for a 40-story apartment tower that'll include 360 units and about 9,400 SF of retail on the ground floor. The project is being designed by TSK and Steinberg, reports the Downtown News, and has been in the works for some time, originally pitched as a parking structure with retail. [DTN]
