Oceanwide Plaza Joining Forces With Park Hyatt For Branded Residences

Oceanwide Holdings will be bringing Park Hyatt-branded condos to its Oceanwide Plaza in DTLA.

They will be known as the Park Hyatt Los Angeles Residences at Oceanwide Plaza and will be the first Park Hyatt-branded residences on the West Coast, Urbanize LA reports.

There will be 164 units on the upper floors of the 53-story tower, above a 184-room Park Hyatt hotel.

The half-floor and duplex units will take up floors 50 and higher with interior designs by Studio Mungo.

Floor plans will range from 5,500 SF to 8,775 SF.

Sales are expected to begin early next year.
