Jamison Services To Build Apartments Over Garage In Koreatown

Some new apartments could soon be built over a parking garage at 678 South Ardmore Ave in Koreatown.

Jamison Services aims to build a 117k SF building with 123 units.

It would consist of a total of five stories over a two-story parking garage, Urbanize LA reports.

The firm has been busy recently. There are also plans for it to build apartments on Western Avenue. [ULA]
