Glassell Park Could Get New Apartment Complex

An industrial property in Glassell Park could be repurposed as a multifamily residential development.

Plans were filed last week with the LA Department of Planning to build a 370-unit apartment complex at 2910 West San Fernando Road.

Around 31 of the units would be set aside for very-low-income households, Urbanize LA reports.

It would be built on a 4.8-acre site adjacent to the Glendale Freeway and near a mixed-use project designed by Rios Clementi Hale Studios. [ULA]
