Rockpoint Group Buys East Hollywood Apartments

Boston's Rockpoint Group has picked up an East Hollywood apartment building for $34.3M.

The 94-unit property is located at 4150 Marathon St.

It was originally purchased 22 years ago by Seller SKS Trading Co. for $5M, The Real Deal reports.

The building, which has two-bedroom units, is not subject to rent control.

Pacific Partners Real Estate Investments vice president Jason Shenitzer, associate David Regalado, and founder and principal Zac Freehling repped the buyer and seller in the off-market deal.
