Condo Tower Planned For South Park

Following other developers, Crescent Heights is hoping to make its mark on South Park with its recent filing with the LA City Planning Commission to build 800 condos at the corner of 11th and Olive streets.

Crescent Heights bought the property last year for $11.5M.

In addition to the condos proposed for the 714-foot-tall building at 1045 South Olive St, there would also be retail space and amenities on the ground floor, Urbanize LA reports.

Also in South Park, Trumark Urban is building Ten50, a 25-story condo tower at 1050 South Grand Ave. It will offer one- and two-bedroom condos along with penthouses.

Mack Urban is also constructing a 37-story, mixed-use building nearby at 1120 South Grand Ave. [ULA]
