The seven-story project, at 600 South Virgil Ave., includes an upscale mixed-use community with 398 units, ranging from studios to two-bedrooms, Multifamily Biz reports. There is a 22k SF Target on the ground floor.
The project is expected to be completed in November.
There are more than 30 projects under development or proposed in bustling Koreatown.
