The building that houses Bel Air Foods, at 2323 Roscomare Road, is for sale.

The 11K SF commercial building and a 45-space parking lot just hit the market, but the asking price is unknown, Curbed Los Angeles reports.

The one-acre parcel is being sold as a development opportunity and could become apartments or condos.

The 65-year-old store and two other tenants have leased the building until 2021. Marketing for the property suggests that would allow a new owner to generate income while going through the permit process.

If developed into condos or apartments, the property would be a rare multifamily building in a neighborhood more popularly known as a mecca for celebrities.
