Echo Park's 333B While Under Construction
One of Echo Park's newest apartment buildings is almost finished.
Known as 333B, the building is at 333 Belmont Ave., and stands out with its blocks of green, white and gray.
What may stand out even more is the price: the most expensive apartment rents for $6,705/month for a three-bedroom, two-bathroom unit of at least 1,400 SF, the Eastsider reports.
A 434 SF studio rents for more than $2K/month.
The four-story building is above the point where Temple Street and Union and Belmont avenues meet.
