New Apartments Underway in the Heart of Hollywood

A residential mixed-use project is rising in Hollywood at 1737 N Las Palmas Ave, which is about a block from the Hollywood & Highland shopping center. The project is replacing an older, two-story residential complex.

Designed by Architect Zoltan Pali of SPF Architects, the six-story project includes 82 one- and two-bedroom units, nearly 1,200 SF of retail and a subterranean garage with 125 parking spaces on two levels.

The project’s location offers stunning views of the Hollywood Sign and Hollywood Hills. On-site amenities include a rooftop deck, pool, spa, gymnasium, recreation room and two courtyards for socializing. [ULA]
