Rendering Of Chaplin Hotel Proposed For Hollywood.

A proposed Chaplin Hotel for Hollywood is coming to life through new renderings.

Developer 7219-7225 West Sunset LLC is building the project, designed by Roschen Van Cleve Architects, at the corner of Sunset Boulevard and Poinsettia Place.

The 11-story building at 7225 Sunset Blvd. would include 93 guest rooms, a rooftop pool, an underground parking garage and retail space on the ground floor, Urbanize LA reports.

It is primarily designed of concrete with glass walls, according to renderings from the Hollywood Hills West Neighborhood Council.

It is not known how long it would take to build the hotel.
