New Details About Future Hoxton Hotel

London's Ennismore has detailed new plans for its boutique Hoxton hotel in the former headquarters of the LA Railway.

The upper floors of the 10-story building, at the corner of 11th Street and Broadway, will be converted into 164 guest rooms, according to a report to the Downtown LA Neighborhood Council.

There also will be a spa, lounge areas, event space, a swimming pool, a rooftop deck, and multiple food and beverage venues.

Permits to serve alcohol are being filed for four food venues, including two ground-floor restaurants, serving 397 diners, a 99-seat basement restaurant and a rooftop restaurant, according to Curbed.

In DTLA, there are a total of 2,100 rooms under construction and another 1,500 planned, according to the Downtown BID and LA Central City Association. [Curbed]
