Another hotel could join those already in the works in Hollywood.
Plans were filed last week with the LA Department of City Planning to build a 212-key hotel near 6516 West Selma Ave, Curbed reports.
Not many details are available about the project.
There are new hotels going up nearby, including Ivar Gardens and the under-construction Five Chairs' Thompson Hollywood Hotel on Wilcox. Steinberg Architects is designing the Thompson Hollywood Hotel and San Francisco's Commune Hotels & Resorts, parent company of the Thompson brand, will operate the hotel. [Curbed]
