Making Way For The Thompson Hollywood Hotel

A vacant commercial building in Hollywood was recently demolished to make way for the Thompson Hollywood Hotel at 1523-1541 N Wilcox Ave.

The 10-story building would include 200 guest rooms, eating venues, and a swimming pool and rooftop deck, according to Urbanize LA. The Rockwell Group is the architect of the project, along with Steinberg Architects.

The hotel is being developed by real estate firm Five Chairs.

San Francisco's Commune Hotels & Resorts, parent company of the Thompson brand, would operate the Thompson Hollywood. [ULA]
