An 11-story hotel could be built on Sunset Boulevard near La Brea Avenue, according to plans just filed with L.A.'s planning department.

The hotel would be built at 7225 West Sunset Blvd., which is at the corner of Poinsettia Place. The project would include 93 guest rooms, a restaurant on the ground floor, a rooftop pool and lounge, and four levels of underground parking, Curbed Los Angeles reports.

However, the development would require a zoning and height district change, among other city approvals, to be built. It is not clear what brand of hotel it would be or who the architect is.

Another hotel, the Thompson Hollywood Hotel, is set to be built at 1523-1541 North Wilcox Ave.
