Olympics Could Help LA Grow

Now that it is official the 2028 Olympics will be held in LA, it is yet to be determined exactly what impact it will have on the city.

Greenland USA CEO Hu Gang is convinced he has an answer.

Hu said the games will help bring more growth to LA by boosting tourism and helping draw more residents to the city, GlobeSt reports. As a result, he said local development and CRE will be positively impacted.

The 2028 games will mark the city's third turn as host.

While Hu said it is too early to factor in the Olympics to his company's own future plans, he is certain it will bode well for local businesses and communities.
