Is CBS's Television City in the Fairfax District for sale?
CBS Corp. is reportedly in talks with some brokers to possibly offload the iconic property at the corner of Beverly Boulevard and Fairfax Avenue, according to The Real Deal.
CBS has narrowed the possible brokerages down to two out of a reported initial five brokerages considered.
The approximately 25-acre property has around 1M SF of studio and office space.
CBS bought the property nearly 70 years ago and subleases much of the space to other production companies, according to the report.
TV shows including "Dancing with the Stars," "The Young and the Restless" and "The Price is Right" are currently filmed there.
