Watkins Jones' £100M East London Student Tower Given Green Light

Watkins Jones got approval to build Duncan House, a 33-floor tower on Stratford High Street. The proposed building will deliver 551 beds, 44 residential units and 30k SF of academic space.

Watkins Jones and University of London are in discussions with their funding partners to forward-sell the student part of Duncan House.

The company plans to break ground at the end of 2016 and open its doors in 2019.
