St. Regent LP sold its 148-bed student accommodation property, Meadow Court, at Sciennes in Edinburgh, to McLaren for £10M. Meadow Court has been fully let for the last five years, including the 2016-17 academic year.

Meadow Court, acquired by St. Regent in 2011 and refurbished in 2012, comprises cluster flats and five-bed Mews Houses. Amenities include a well-specified kitchen and laundry facilities in each flat. Each flat has free WiFi and a lounge with flat-screen TV. The property also has on-site management and maintenance, bike storage and car parking.

Crosslane advised St. Regent on the sale, with Cushman & Wakefield acting for Crossland and Knight Frank for McLaren.
