St. Katharine Dock near Tower Bridge is up for sale for £435M, according to the Evening Standard. Blackstone has owned central London’s only marina since 2014.

The project has undergone a complete overhaul to attract London’s tech and creative companies, and now is home to about 80 companies and 6,000 workers.

CBRE’s Franco Sidoli is handling the deal.
